Seeing a "Certificate Error" on your screen when you try opening a web page can be very frustrating. I hate seeing those Monsters but they appear on my screen and many others' screen too.

"Certificate Error" notification do come on your computer screen as a result of incorrect Date and Time Settings on your computer or if the Digital Certificate cannot be verified by a third-party certificate authority.
You can fix this simply by changing the Date & Time settings on your computer.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR DATE & TIME SETTINGS ON YOUR PC.

  1. Double Click on the "Windows Clock" in the Notification Area at the end of the Task Bar.
  2. Click the Date & Time tab to access your Date & Time Settings.
  3. Correct the Date on the calendar that displays and Click on the Hour and Minute entries and input the correct time.
Apply the new settings and click Save. Now restart your browser to see the new changes.
