How To Take Screenshots in Microsoft Windows.

You can take a screen shot of your entire desktop rather than just a single window by pressing;

•  PrtScr key without holding down the Alt key. 
• Click the Start button.
• Click Accessories.
• and then Click Paint. 

In the Paint window,

• Click Edit, and then Paste.
•  Now Click File, Save As to add the file name and the extension you want the file to be saved. It can be saved as JPG, GIF, PNG etc.

• Click the window that you want to capture an image of.
• Hold down Alt and press PrtScr.

Go to Paint and follow same steps to Paste and Save it as an image on your computer.
